Simple. We have the most conveniently accessible storage units in the area. All of our outdoor self storage units are drive-up access with 30' wide driveways, and our Indoor Climate Controlled units are all on the ground floor and a very short walk from the entry door.
We are a newly constructed facility using the latest technology and construction methods and materials in the Self Storage industry to keep your property safe from the elements and from intruders.
Our doors feature the latest latches that accept a variety of lock types, but most importantly feature the ability to accept a recessed cylinder lock which makes it exceptionally difficult to defeat compared to a padlock or clamshell disc locks.
We made a substantial investment in a vertical pivot gate that opens very quickly, instead of the typical slide-gate at other facilities in the area that are left open all day (and sometimes all night!). This means that we can keep our gate closed 24x7 and yet still provide you with fast access to your unit for your convenience. The vertical pivot gate also has less maintenance problems - ensuring the gate will stay closed and secure much more reliably than a slide-gate.
The doors on our Drive Up storage units also feature additional door seals and brush guards to help keep the weather, dust and rodents out.
Our Climate Controlled storage units are heated, cooled, and humidity controlled - ideal for the most sensitive valuables like antique furniture or document archiving.
Our Drive Up storage units also feature pitched roofs which help keep the snow off - eliminating any risk of property damage from snow loads but also having the benefit of increasing the height of the storage unit, significantly increasing the amount of storage space available in your unit.
With over 14 acres of property, we had the flexibility to design a very convenient, spacious and open layout to make it easy for you to access your storage unit. The property is high and dry with no risk of flooding.
Every storage unit is on the ground floor and very quickly accessible from your car or truck.
Our Outside storage units are ideal for car storage, boat storage or other types of vehicle storage. The driveways are 30' wide making it easy to pull your vehicle in or out of the unit, and there is plenty of room to pass other tenants who may be at the facility. We can bring in tractor/trailer 18 wheeler moving trucks with no problem.
Our 2nd phase added larger units to fit RV's, Boats, or anything extra long or extra tall. They can also service as Mini-Warehouses to store your business inventory in a convenient centralized location.
